Join us for a tour of the mechanical facilities at the recently constructed 707 Fifth Tower!

Not your ordinary commercial tower, 707 Fifth includes an LRT terminal right at the door step to the building, a fully landscaped indoor winter garden, a two-story parkade, a tenant-only fitness centre and an on-site conference centre.

The Building is LEED Gold Certified and has 564,350 sq. ft. of rentable area on 27 floors. Be sure to join us as we examine operation of the mechanical systems a few years after opening. Representatives from both Manulife and Smith+Andersen will lead the tour and field any questions after the tour.

Following the tour, we will gather at Barcelona Tavern for a brief meeting and dinner.
