Happy New Year YEA members! Highlights of the past year include: YEA/Student Mixer event, and the FIFA World Cup Pool. Both were a great success and lots of fun. Our next event will be happening sometime around March, where we will be joined by the Research Promotion team. Tentatively, we are planning to hold this event at Launch Pad Golf. Please come join us for this event to close out the year with a bang!

We are planning to have a couple of events for the upcoming year. Starting with a collaboration between Student activities and YEA where we will have a mixer between students and young engineers in the industry.
With the world cup coming up, we are planning to have a World Cup Pool, along with a Canada match gathering happening on Wednesday, November 23rd. Lastly, we are planning to end the year with a social event happening sometime in March 2023 at the ‘Launch Pad’. Events will be open to members 35 years and under. More details to come in the following months.

We’re hoping to see all YEA members for a social event sometime in April 2022 at the Rec Room 1180-901 64 Ave NE, Calgary, AB T2E 7P4. This event will be open to members 35 years and under. We will be following social distancing guidelines outlined by Alberta Health and Safety as safety remains our top priority during COVID-19. More details to come in the following months.
